Project process

How Jesh M.A. Handles a Commercial Junk Removal Project

The process is short on purpose: describe the space, confirm the pile, lock access, then haul what was quoted. Facility teams should be able to brief a building manager from this page.

Send the basics

City, property type, photos, approximate volume, and the date that actually matters.

Receive a scope

We reply with what is included, what is excluded, and the access we need from the building.

Lock the window

Elevator reservations, dock times, and other building or vendor access requirements should be shared before the truck is assigned.

Remove the pile

The crew hauls the agreed materials and leaves the path clear of those items.

If the pile grows after the quote, we pause and reset the scope instead of loading mystery items.

Scheduling, changes, and cancellations

Preferred dates on the quote form are requests, not reservations, until we confirm a window. If building access falls through, the job moves with it.

Rescheduling is expected when a mover, contractor, or landlord changes the day. Cancellation and change wording lives in the Terms & Conditions. Same-day requests follow the limits on the same-day commercial junk removal page.

Payment terms are discussed with the quote. This site does not publish invented rates.
