Quote requests
A quote request or website form submission is an invitation to talk. It does not by itself create a service contract. It does not guarantee that we will accept the job, hold an appointment, or quote a final price. Photos and access notes help us decide if the work is commercial junk removal we can perform. Service availability
Jesh M.A. Commercial Cleanouts provides commercial cleanout and junk-removal services. Residential junk-removal service is not offered. Service depends on location, crew capacity, building access, and material type. Same-day work may be available depending on location, crew availability, and project size. After-hours and weekend service may be available subject to scheduling, crew availability, and building or property access. Areas listed on the Service Areas page describe typical markets, not a guarantee that every address is served on demand.
Estimates
Estimates are based on the information you provide and are not a guaranteed final price. Final scope and price may depend on volume, materials, access, labor, site conditions, scheduling, disposal requirements, and other conditions found on the job. We will discuss a scope change before loading material that was not part of the original understanding whenever that is practical on site.
Scope changes
Adding rooms, hidden storage, or items that need extra breakdown is a change. The customer (or the on-site manager with authority) should approve extra work. We may decline items that are unsafe to move with the crew and equipment on site.
Prohibited and hazardous materials
Residential junk removal is not offered. Demolition is not offered. We do not accept hazardous materials, asbestos, chemicals, medical waste, electronics or e-waste, or other regulated waste as part of this offering. Construction or renovation debris is limited to non-hazardous debris within the existing commercial service. If excluded materials are present, they remain the customer’s responsibility and must stay with a qualified vendor. Mixing them into a junk pile can stop the job.
Reuse, recycling, and disposal
Reuse, recycling, or disposal options may be considered when practical. This site does not promise guaranteed recycling, a recycling percentage, zero-waste service, or landfill-free service.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for authority to remove the items, for building access, for protecting confidential records and data-bearing devices, and for telling us about fragile building finishes along the haul path. You should empty filing cabinets that still hold records you need to keep.
Access to property
Someone with authority should be available, or the building must accept the crew with written instructions. Failed access may require rescheduling. We are not responsible for delays caused by elevator breakdowns, missing dock reservations, or security denials.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Contact us as soon as a date changes. Reasonable rescheduling is expected on commercial jobs when movers or landlords shift the calendar. Repeated no-shows or cancellations after a crew is already dispatched may result in a trip charge described in the job quote. This site does not invent a dollar amount for that charge.
Payment terms
Payment timing, deposits, and accepted methods are stated on the quote or work authorization, not as a fake price list on this website. Unpaid balances may pause future scheduling.
Third-party links
If this site later links to another website, that destination has its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, logo mark, and original graphics belong to Jesh M.A. or their licensors. You may not copy the site to operate a competing service page. You may share links to public pages.
Limitation language
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Jesh M.A. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use or from delays caused by building access, traffic, or material that was misdescribed. Liability related to performed work is limited as set out in the job documents. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limits apply only as permitted.

These website terms are intended for use in the United States. Disputes about website use are associated with the business location in Suffern, New York, unless a signed work authorization names another venue for a specific job.
Updates
